Description:Bai Sha Flour For Dumplings

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 45g water and 1000g flour together thoroughly then rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Knead the dough until smooth and shape it to a cylinder shape with about 2cm diameter.
3. Cut the dough into 10g each, flatten the dough into a thin circle sheet and is ready to wrap dumpling stuffing.
4. Put the dumpling in boiling water until cooked and serve.

May contain milk, egg, nuts, fish, sesame, sulphites, peanut.
Ingredients:High Gluten Wheat Flour (66%), Tapioca Starch, Gluten.
