Description:Bai Sha Hagao Dumpling Flour (Bot Ha Cao)
BS Flour For Hagou (Prawn Dumpling)

Ready to use.

Product Application: Flour for dim-sum: Shrimp dumpling, chaojhou dumpling, crystal bun, etc.

Indication
1. Add 200g boiling water into 100g Hagou Flour and stir.
2. Add 150g shrimp in the mixture of step one. Roll and knead the paste into a smooth dough.
3. Split the dough into small balls. Use a rolling pin to roll them into wrappers. Put the fillings in the centre. Fold the wrapper and stick the edge together properly.
4. Steam the dumplings over boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then the dumpling are ready to serve.

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

May also contains milk, egg, nuts and peanut.
Ingredients:Wheat (Gluten) Starch (60%), Tapioca Starch (40%).
