Flour Mixture for Steamed Layer Cake (Banh Da Lon)

Instructions for use:
1. Put 300g of sugar in 600ml of water, boil and wait until it is cool, then sift the mixture.
2. Put slowly the mixture into 350g mixed flour for steamed layer cake, stir well. Then put a pack of colour powder into the mixture, stir well.
3. Mix 100g of sugar into 200g of green beans without skin, put the mixture into a pan on fire, stir until the mixture gets a little thick. Take the pan down, put 200ml of coconut milk and 500g of mixed flour for steamed layer cake in the green bean mixture.
4. Put the steaming pot on fire, put a round mould with an oil layer, pour one and a half big spoon of green flour into the mould, steam for a while until nearly cooked, pour one later of green bean mixture on the first layer (first pour one drop of green bean mixture on the steamed green flour later, if the green bean mixture does not dissolve in the green flour layer, pour the green bean mixture on the first layer. Continue until finishing the mixture.
