Delicious Recipe
You will need (makes 8 pieces): Warm water 180ml, cooking oil, bowl, frying pan, spatula.
* Warm water (104-113F) - 120ml of cold water + 60ml of boiling water (Adjust the temperature of water first and then mix water and yeast.).
Step 1: Place warm water (180ml), yeast (4g) and Sweet Korean Pancake Mix (296g) in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Rub cooking oil on hands and divide the dough into 8 balls. Flatten each ball and add a spoonful of filling (0.5oz) to the centre, Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal in the filling.
Step 3: Lightly oil and preheat a frying pan over low heat. Cook the dough seal-side down until lightly browned. Flip the dough and flatten with a spatula. Cook for 1-2 minutes and flip again. Cook the other side for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!

Safe Handling Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
- Do not prepare in microwave.
- Use caution when cooking with hot oil.
- Filling will be extremely hot.

Ingredients:Mix: Wheat Flour, Modified Starch (E1442), Sunflower Oil (Sunflower Oil, Antifoaming Agent (E900)), Sugar, Skim Milk Preparation (Skim Milk Powder, Whey Powder (From Milk)), Salt, Corn Starch, Baking Powder (Raising Agent (E297, E575, E341), Corn Starch, Raising Agent (E336, E500), Emulsifier (E470, E473)), Glucose, Roasted Bean Flavour, Dried Yeast, Colour (E160b).

Filling: Brown Sugar, Peanut Powder, Glucose, Wheat Flour, Cinnamon Powder, Sunflower Oil (Sunflower Oil, Antifoaming Agent (E900)), Molasses Powder, Colour (E150d).

Instant Dried Yeast: Dry Yeast, Emulsifier (E491).
