Description:Sukina Tempura Batter Mix

Preparation:
1. Mix a sachet of tempura batter with cold water in proportion of 1:1 to 1:1.5 in a bowl.
2. Stir the mixture of tempura batter and water quickly until the flour is thoroughly wet.
3. Heat oil (at least 5 cm depth) in deep fat fryer until hot enough (about 170C/340F)
4. Coat meat/fish/vegetable in the mixture prepared in step 2 and drain off excess mix before frying.
5. Fry in hot oil prepared in step 3 until light golden brown appears.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, White Pepper, Raising Agent (E500), Glucose.
