Description:Rajah Achari Gosht Masala Spice Blend
A perfect blend of aromatic spices
No artificial flavours

A delicious blend of aromatic spices, herbs and seasoning for the perfect Achari Gosht.

What You Need:
150ml yoghurt
40g Rajah Achari Gosht Masala spice blend
500g lamb, diced

Garnish
1 tsp Rajah Achari Gosht Masala spice blend
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
4 green chillies
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
2 tsp garlic puree
1 tsp ginger puree
6 tomatoes, diced

Method:
1. Place yoghurt in a large bowl, add Rajah Achari Gosht Masala spice blend and stir together with a spoon until smooth.
2. Add lamb and tumble in the marinade until evenly covered. Cover bowl and place in the fridge overnight to marinate.
3. To make the garnish, place Rajah Achari Gosht Masala spice blend and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir together to make a paste, then slit green chillies, and stuff with the paste. Set aside, until required.
4. Heat oil in a large saucepan.
5. Add onion and fry for 10 minutes until soft and golden.
6. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
7. Add tomatoes, and fry for 5 minutes until softened.
8. Add marinated lamb and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
9. Gently bring to the boil, cover with lid and cook on a low simmer for 1 1/4 hours, or until lamb is tender, stirring occasionally.
10. Add Masala filled green chillies and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Remove lid to reduce consistency, if required.

* alternatively, cook using a pressure cooker, according to manufacturer's instructions.

Storage Instructions: store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.
Ingredients:Iodised Salt, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Mango Powder, Ground Chilli, Ground Turmeric, Ground Fennel, Ground Nigella, Ground Carom, Ground Fenugreek, Mustard Powder, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
