Description:Rajah Chicken Masala Spice Blend
A perfect blend of aromatic spices

A delicious blend of aromatic spices, herbs and seasoning for the perfect Chicken Masala.

What You Need:
150ml yoghurt
300ml water
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
30g Rajah Chicken Masala spice blend
4 chicken breasts, diced
4 tbsp oil
2 onions, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tsp salt

Optional Garnish:
2 tbsp coriander leaves, freshly chopped

Method:
1. Place yoghurt in a large bowl, add garlic, ginger and Rajah Chicken Masala spice blend. Blend together with a spoon until smooth.
2. Add chicken and using the spoon, tumble th chicken in the marinade until evenly covered. Cover bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
3. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onions and fry for 15 minutes until soft and golden.
4. Add tomatoes,a nd fry for 5 minutes until softened.
5. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
6. Add 300ml water and salt.
7. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is tender.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Storage Instructions: store in a cool, dry place. On opening store in an airtight container.
