Heera coriander powder is made by grinding seeds to create this fine coriander powder. Coriander is one of the world's oldest spices and is now native to many countries in the world.

Recipe for Fried Okra:
Ingredients:
20-25 okra, vegetable oil, 1 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut medium, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp dry mango (amchur), salt to taste, handful of chopped coriander leaves
