Description:Heera Paprika Powder
Paprika is a rust red coloured powder that has a sweetish, pungent taste, Paprika is milder than chilli powder and is one of the world's most used spices, often as a garnish or simply to add red colour to curry sauces and gravies.

Recipe for home made humus:
Ingredients:
200g canned chickpeas, 2 to 4 tbsp lemon juice, 2 crushed garlic cloves, salt, 4 tbsp water, 1 tsp cumin powder, 100ml tahini (sesame seed paste), 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 4 pitta bread.

Method:
Drain the chickpeas and rinse. Add lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, tahini, and water in a food processor, and blend to a creamy consistency. Add more lemon juice, garlic, cumin or salt to taste. Spoon out onto a serving dish. Drizzle with paprika and serve with warm pitta bread.

Once opened we recommend transfer of product to an airtight container.
Store in a cool dry place away from strong flavours.
