Recipe: Barbecued Spareribs
What you need:
1 packet of Lobo BBQ Seasoning Mix. ½ cup (120ml) water. ½ kg spareribs. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. (You may try lamb, chicken, turkey etc instead of spareribs).

Directions: (Prep time: about 1hr 40min)
1. Dissolve contents of this packet with water.
2. Marinate spareribs in the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
3. Add vegetable oil and combine again.
4. Lay the spareribs on the barbecue grid. Cook until done, turn occasionally.

Store in a cool dry place.
