Chicken Soup Spices

Ingredients: 1 kg chicken meat, 4 pcs garlic, 2 spoons soya sauce, 2 spoons oyster sauce, salt, MSG, 8 bowls (1.6 litre) water, 2 packets A1 Chicken Soup Spices (35g). Reduce half of the ingredients if using 1/2 kg of meat.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse chicken meat
2. When water is boiled, put in chicken meat and chicken soup spices. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes
3. Add pepper before serving
4. Tastier if cooked in a slow cooker for 5-6 hours

Ingredients:Angelica Pepper, Aralia Cordata, Sinensis, Cinnamon, Paurantii, Cigusticum, Fructus Zanthoxylum, Lingusticum Wallichii, Radix Glycyrrhiza.
