Description:Sichuan Weijute Food Condiment For Big Pieces Chinese Sauerkraut Fish

Instructions for use: Add to fish dishes.

1. Take about 1kg of fresh fish, throw away its scales and its internal organs. Then cut it into slices or chop whole pieces, place it into container for use.
2. Add a bag of pickled dish condiment and little cooking wine (yellow wine), Mix well and place it more than 10 minutes,
3. Cooking about 100g edible oil, till the oil is smoky, add soured vegetable condiment of the product and fried about 3 minutes.
4. Add 0.8-1.0kg boiled water (or bone soup), just flood the fish is suitable, boiling about 3 minutes. Put into the prepared fish head and bone, cooked for 3 minutes, add the seasoning bag and fish sliced cooked for 3 minutes.
5. After cooked, add right amount fo caraway and shallot section and serve.
6. Use a bag of the soured vegetable, add right amount of fresh bone soup, edible oil, can be made soured vegetable hot pot, boiling various vegetables and meats, also can be made soured vegetable sliced meat soup, soured vegetable vermicelli soup.
Ingredients:Green Vegetables, Pickled Mustard, Pickled Cabbage, Ginger, Chilli, Salt, Garlic, Spices, Flavour Enhancer (E270, E330), Colouring (E102).

Powder Packet: Potato Starch, Salt, Pepper, Spices, MSG.

Seasoning Packers: Potato Starch, Salt, Sichuan Pepper Powder.
