Description:MasFood Instant Crispy Prawn With Cereal Mix

Prepare: 400g fresh prawns or half of chicken cut into small pieces or 400g fish cut into small pieces or 400g octopus, a few curry leaves, 2 nos chilli padi (chopped), 1 tbsp butter.

Cooking Method:
1. Clean prawns, trim off heads, while keeping shells.
2. Heat oil in wok. Lightly fry prawns till cooked. Remove and drain.
3. Discard oil, clean wok. Over low heat, add 1 tbsp butter. Add chilli padi and curry leaves. Stir-fry till fragrant. add prawns, MasFood mixed seasoning and cereal. Mix well. Serve hot with rice.
