Method:
1. Served for 4 persons. Cooked 'lai fen' noodels, plain water 1 litre and 3 'kembong' fish. Put the 'kembong' fish into the wok and cook over low heat.
2. Let the stock in the wok. Dish out the kembong fish, remove the flesh, place into the wok again together with Chan Hong Instant Penang Asam Laksa Soup Paste. Bring to boil and ready to serve.
3. Pour asam laksa soup into a small bowl of 'lai fen' noodles. Add shredded cucumber, shredded pineapple, peppermint and prawn paste.

Ingredients:Shallot, Lemongrass, Vegetable Oil, Ginger Bud, Small Bundles, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Assam Jawa, Garlic, Ginger, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Sodium Benzoate (E211).
