Recipe: Kaang Lieng
Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil 3 cups (720ml) water together with contents of this packet
2. Add pumpkin, gourd and baby corn altogether 300g., cut into pieces, cook until soft
3. Add 100g each luffa, cut into triangles, mushroom and shrimp. Cook until done
5. Add 40g hoary basil. Ready to serve. Add fish sauce to taste
