Recipe: Shrimp In Chinese Clay Pot
Cooking Instructions:
1. Soak 100g vermicelli, drain and cut into shorter threads then mix well with contents of this packet
2. Slice 100g back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
3. Place vermicelli on top of the fat, followed by 300g fresh shrimps.
4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve while hot

Suggested Options: This seasoning can be used with any seafoods.

Storage in a cool dry place.
