Spice Coating for Steam Meat (Five-Spice Flavour)

Ready to use

Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Steam Meat Cooking Instructions:
1. Have 600 grams of spareribs, pork belly, or other choices of protein process into chunks, then marinate with 3 tbs of soy sauce, 2 tbs of rice wine, 1 tbs of sugar for 1 hour.
2. Have 300 grams of sweet potato or taro process into chunks, then place them into a large bowl. Coat the meat chunks with ZHJ Spice Coating For Steam Meat, then place them on the sweet potatoes in the bowl.
3. Gently sprinkle water over the meat to moisture the rice in the spice coating.
4. Add 2 cups of water to the outer layer of steamer, then place the bowl int he steamer to cook for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:Glutinous Rice (85.3%), Sugar, Salt, Star Anise, Fennel, Cinnamon, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E640, E631, E627).
