Fermented Herring Fish Sauce (Bagoong Balayan)

Shake well before use.
Usage: Multi purpose ingredient used in Filipino cuisine as a dip, salad dressing or in cooked dishes.

Storage: Before opening store in a cool dry place, refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days.

Product may contain partially blended pieces of fish.
Note: Sediments and particles seen is part of the fish that undergoes disintegration.
Ingredients:Scad Fish Sauce (Decapterus Spp) (50%), Salt, Water, Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E211).
