How to cook stock 'dashi'
Boil 500ml water in a saucepan
Put 25g katsuobushi and boil at low heat.
Filter katsuobushi with a strainer.

Store in a dark, dry and cool place. Once unsealed use within 7 days and keep refrigerated.
Packed in a modified atmosphere.
