How to cook Miso Soup with tofu and wakame:
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add bonito flakes, turn off the heat and allow the broth to stand for 3 to 4 minutes. (Strain if the flakes are coarse). Return the broth to a boil, then add diced tofu, wakame and miso creamed in a little fo the hot broth. Bring the broth to the boil and remove it from the heat. Top with a sprinkling of the leeks and serve hot or cold.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In order to maintain its original colour and flavour, it is recommended that this product is kept refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
