Steamed Egg Seasoning (Bonito)

A. Japanese style steamed egg
There are 2 bags of seasoning inside the colour aluminium foil bag. Pour one bag (20g) of seasoning into container and 3 cups of water (measuring cup, cold water or warm water), then add 3 eggs to stir evenly, cover with plastic film or pot cover.

1. Steam with cooker
Pour one cup of water (measuring cup) into the cooker, put the pad, and put the container prepared with the material A into the cooker, turn on the cooker until it be turned off automatically.
2. Cook with steamer or frying pan
Put the pad on the bottom of steamer or frying pan, pour water until it is full above pad. Put the container prepared with the material A into the steamer or frying pan to steam for 15-20 minutes.

B. Rice with boiling water
Pour 3 cups to water (measuring cup) into the pot, put one bag (20g) of seasoning into it to stir evenly, to cook with middle fire, then add one bowl of rice to cook for 3-5 minutes as you choose.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
