Enjuku Koji Miso Soup
For our Enjuku Koji Miso Soup we use our Enjuku Koji Miso made from organic soybeans, Japanese rice and sub-dried se salt. The soup's rich flavour and aroma are derived from the high proportion of koji (rice malt) instead of artificial flavours. Enjuku Koji Miso Soup is produced through a special heatless process to leave the miso cultures and enzymes intact, drawing out the full-bodied taste of fresh miso.

How To Make Miso Soup:
1. Empty the packets of fresh miso paste and garnish into a bowl or a cup
2. Add 5-6 oz (160 ml) of hot water, more or less according to your taste
3. Stir thoroughly until the fresh miso paste has been dissolved

Caution:
Be sure to use the entire packet after opening.
Be careful when handling hot or boiling water.
