This umami mushroom soup base is prepared from selected shiitake mushrooms and white button mushrooms for its savoury umami taste. This concentrated soup base is ideal for hot pot, noodles and to use as a stock for risotto and all kinds of cooking.

1 Sachet + 1.5l (6 cups) water for hot pot
Or same dilution as above ro serve 4-6 as soup or noodle soup base.
