Yellow Rock Sugar is naturally crystallized from premium dissolving cane sugar, it can be eaten directly as a snack, added into beverages or added as seasonings when cooking, especially for dessert and sweet soup.

Serving Suggestion:
- Lotus seed and lily sweet soup
Soak 100g lotus seed, several jujubes and a piece of ginger. Put all of them into a pot and boil for a few hours on a low heat. Then, add some lily and GDF Yellow Rock Sugar. After 5 minutes on the boil, the soup will be done.
- Egg and white fungus sweet soup
