Serving Suggestion: Pre-soak kelp in water for 10-20 minus to soften, drain and use as ingredient in cooking. Suitable for stir fry, braise or soup.

Note: Occurrence of white powder on kelp are perfectly normal due to crystallisation of salt content, please do not mistake them for mould although they look alike.

Storage: Keep in cool dry place.
