The monkey head mushroom has a natural bitter taste. Before consuming it, soak it in warm water for 30 minutes. During the soaking process, squeeze out excess water and change the water multiple times until the soaked water is no longer yellow, indicating the removal of the bitter taste.9

Storage Method
Store under cool, dry conditions, out of direct sunlight. Once opened store refrigerated and use within 3 months.
