Cooking Suggestions:
Black Fungus with white back is an edible fungus growing in tropical and sub tropical areas. It is rich in polysaccharide and crude fibre, with a variety of minerals and vitamins. It can be used as medicine and edible.
Before eating, please soak it in water for 2-4 hours until it is soft. Then wash it with clean water and cut it into thin strips or blocks. You can fry, make soup or make it as food seasonings. If mixed with meat and bones, the cooking taste will be more delicious.

Storage Instruction: Store in dry and cool conditions, and seal properly after opening.
