Rinse Chinese yam with water. Soak the Chinese yam in warm water until it is tender. It can be cooked once it is tender and it can be cooked with any meat and vegetable.

Storage Method: Store under cool, dry, conditions, out of direct sunlight. Once opened store refrigerated and use within 3 months.
