Directions:
1. Put the jellyfish in the boiling water, pull out from the water after the jellyfish shrink evenly.
2. Soak in the water for 3 hours, change water for 4-5 times during soaking, then drip dry the swollen jellyfish.
3. It's edible after string the jellyfish with soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar added. It will be better tasty if some pork shreds, vegetable shreds is added.

Keep in cool place.
