Shinzu sushi rice the 'pearl of sushi rice' comes from California. Perfect for making sushi and recommended by Japanese sushi chefs.

Cooking Instructions:
Wash the rice thoroughly. Add 1 cup of rice to 1 1/2 cups of cold salted water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed. Turn off the heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place.
