Description:Dragon Glutinous Rice

Dragon Glutinous Rice is growing in the northern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice. It is commonly used in various Asian dishes and dessert.

Electric Cooking Method:
1. Put 1 cup of Glutinous Rice in the rice cooker.
2. Rinse the rice 1-2 times with water and drain the water.
3. Add 1½ cups of water
4. Put the lid on the rice cooker and switch it on. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes after the rice cooker is fnished.
5. Loosen the rice with a fork and serve hot.

Soak the rice for 12 hours in cold water. Put the rice in a pan and add that much water until it is 1 cm above the rice. Cook the rice, lower heat and simmer for 20 min. Remove from the heat, uncover and let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Store in a cool and dry place.
