Description:A small bag of sushi rice, perfect for the occasional sushi chef!

Cooking Instructions:
Wash the rice thoroughly. Add 1 cup of rice to 1 1/2 cups of cold salted water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water has bene absorbed. Turn off the heat allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Store cool and dry.
