Description:Dragon Thai Hom Mali Rice is grown in the north-eastern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice. Characteristics are the shiny solid grains, which after cooking turn out to be delicious in taste with a typical natural aroma.

Cooking Method:
Put 1.5 cups of water to the boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice. Add salt (optional). Cover tightly, lower heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for a few minutes before serving. For softer rice, put more water. For firmer rice, put less water.
