Description:New Kenji Short Grain Rice (Sushi Rice)

Cooking Instructions:
Combine 1 cup of New Kenji sushi rice and 1 cup water in medium sauce pan.Bring to boil, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let it stand covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight
