Description:Little Nyonya Beef Rendang Paste
Curry Paste For Beef

Cooking Instructions:
Fry 40g desiccated coconut until light brown (kerisik) and set aside. Cut 1.5kg beef (gravy or beef blade) into chunks and fry with paste for 10 mins. Add 300ml water, kerisik and boil until beef soften (as long as 130 mins)

Storage Condition: store any unused portions in refrigerator.
