Description:Lobo Country Style Red Curry Paste (Kaeng Pa)

Authentic Thai Curry. Traditional aromatic Thai taste.

Recipe:
1. Heat a skillet and add the contents of this packet and 250g sliced meat or chicken. Stir-fry until done.
2. Add 1 cup (240ml) water. Bring to a boil.
3. Put some eggplants, bamboo shoot, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and chilli. Bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.

May contain fish, crab and molluscs (scallops (bivalves), squid).
