Description:Laila Garam Masala Paste

Laila Garam Masala Paste is prepared to a traditional Goan recipe to bring you and authentic taste of India. This delicious spicy paste makes an ideal base for dishes such as fish, lamb or chicken, helping you recreate the flavours of your favourite curry house.

Recipe for traditional Goan style fish: Rub fish with Laila Garam Masala Paste and brown on each side in hot oil on a skillet. Saute onion and garlic in oil on the skillet with the lid on, stirring until the onions are tender and slightly browned. Add more Laila Garam Masala Paste. Cook with the lid on for a minute. Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the fish and simmer, covered, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add a squeeze of lime juice and the sauce. Serve with rice.

Store in cool dry place.
