Description:S&B Golden Curry (Mild)

Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings):
Beef (or chicken, lamp, shrimp) 450g
Onions 370g
Carrots 85-140g
Potatoes 140g
All ingredients are desirably chopped.
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 540ml
Golden Curry Mix 1 carton.

Directions:
1. Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx 5 min.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender , approx 15 min.
3. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx 5 min, stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container after opening, for limited shelf life.
