Malaysia Chicken Curry
Serves 3 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins
300g chicken breast, chopped
200g potatoes, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 can Yeo's Malaysian Curry Sauce
2 tbsp Yeo's Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Brown onion, in Yeo's Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add chicken and potatoes. Stir fry until almost cooked. Pour in Yeo's Malaysian Curry Sauce and simmer until cooked. Drizzle with Yeo's Sesame Oil for added flavour and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with steamed rice.

Hint: If you prefer a milder curry, simply add 3/4 cup coconut milk and simmer until cooked.

Tips:
Extra South-East Asian Flavour
- Marinate meat with light soya sauce, 2 tbsp sugar and sesame oil for 5 minutes
- Saute lemongrass with onion for aromatic lemony scent
- For vegetarians, add potatoes/tomato chunks
- Finally, add coconut milk (12 tbsp) for 'lemak' (nyonya) aroma

Fast & Quick Meal
- Pour heated Yeo's Malaysian Curry Sauce over cooked instant noodles or vermicelli.
