A Baba Nyonya Curry in 3 easy steps (serves 4-6)
A full jar of Ayam Malaysian curry paste
200ml of Ayam coconut milk
200ml of water
600-800g of meat in cubes (beef, chicken or fish)
1 sliced onion
300g of diced potatoes
1) Heat some oil in a pan or wok and fry onions and celery.
2) Add the meat and panfry it 3 min until golden, pour the paste and let it fry for 2 min.
3) Reduce the heat, add coconut milk and water. Mix well and let simmer at least 20 min.

To have a less spicy taste, add more coconut milk or water.
