Description:Lobo Nam Ya Curry Paste

Makes 2 cups Nam Ya

Recipe: Nam Ya
1. Blend 100g cooked fish or one canned tuna (140g).
2. Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil together with contents of this packet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add 2 cups coconut milk (480ml). Add the blended fish and bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli, pickled leaf mustard, bean sprout and fresh vegetables.

Store in a cool dry place.

May contain traces of fish.
