Instruction
1. Stir-fry 50 grams of Panaeng Curry Paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Add thick coconut milk (400 grams). Fry over low heat. When oil droplets form, add 250 grams meat cut into bite sized pieces. Fry till meat is cooked.
2. Add 1 cup (200 grams) thin coconut milk. Bring to a boil.
3. Add 2 shredded kaffir lime leaves and 2 cut spur chillies, season with 2 tablespoons coconut sugar and 1 tablespoon fish sauce.

Please seal and refrigerate after opening.

Please store in cool dry place.
Ingredients:Chilli (22%), Garlic (15%), Shallot (12%), Iodised Salt (12%), Lemongrass (10%), Spices (10%), Galangal (8%), Kaffir Lime Peel (6%), Shrimp Paste (5%).
