Tandoori Paste (天多利燒烤醬)

Description:Tandoori Paste: Marinate 4 chicken legs with 2 generous tbsp of Rajah Tandoori Paste, lemon juice, natural yoghurt, 1 tbsp of oil and salt to taste, refrigerate for 7 hourse. Bake in a hot oven turning and basting occasionally until well done. Grill for 1-2 minutes before serving. Serve with side salad and one of Rajah's Mango Chyneys. Also ideal for BBQs. Ensure fully cooked before serving. (Serves 4)

Recommended Use: Use 1/2 heaped tbsp (10g) per average serving (150g).
