Description:Aroy-D Yellow Curry Paste

Recipe (Serves 2-3):
1. Boil 1 1/4 cups (275ml) of coconut milk, 2 3/4 tablespoons (50g) of curry paste and 3/4 cup (150g) of your favourite meat at medium heat for 10 minutes.
2. Put 1 cup (200g) of potatoes (cube shape) and 1/2 cup (110g) of water. Stir occasionally during 5 minutes.
3. Simmer the meat until is cooked or 10 minutes.
4. Put 1 1/2 tablespoons (23g) of palm sugar, 2 teaspoons (10g) of fish sauce.

Storage Instruction: Keep in a dry cool place. After opening, store in a refrigerator.
