Description:Amoy All Purpose Marinade
Made with First Extract Soy Sauce
No Added Preservatives

Suitable for vegetarians
A blend of soy sauce, ginger and spices for an authentic-tasting Oriental marinating sauce.

Chicken Wing in All Purpose Marinade:
Ingredient: Chicken wings 11 pc (454g)
Seasoning: Amoy All Purpose Marinade 1 cup, water 2/3 cup

Method:
1. Defrost chicken wings if frozen, rinse and wipe dry.
2. Mix Amoy All Purpose Marinade with water and bring to the boil
3. Parboil chicken wings in the mixture. Swiftly reduce heat to simmer for 8 mins until cooked. Turn off the heat and soak for 2 mins. Serve hot. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
1 cup = 250ml

Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
