Description:Beef In Black Bean Sauce (Serves 4):
Cooking Instructions:
Thinly slice 350g / 12 oz beef steak, marinate with 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp dry sherry and 1 tsp corn flour for 30 minutes. Fry 1 small cubed onion in about 3 tbsp oil until opaque, add the beef and 1 small cubed green pepper with 2 tbsp Amoy Black Bean Sauce. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with 1-2 chopped red or green chillies. Ensure fully cooked before serving

Once opened, refrigerate and use within one month.
