Stir-Fry Sliced Chicken Recipe (Serves 4)
10 min. Prep, 5 min. Cook
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Yeo's Hoi Sin sauce, 1 tsp Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, 3 tbsp cooking oil, 4 garlic cloves (chopped), 1 red bell pepper (cut into bite-sized cubes), 80g roasted cashew nuts, 1/2 tsp salt (optional), spring onion (finely chopped to garnish)
For Marinade:
1 tbsp Yeo's Hoi Sin Sauce, 400g boneless chicken breast (cubed)
Cooking Instructions:
Marinade chicken with Yeo's Hoi Sin Sauce for 10 minutes. Stir-fry garlic and chicken in heated oil till cooked. Add Yeo's Hoi Sin Sauce, bell pepper, cashew nuts and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, garnish and serve.
