Sambal Fish Steak Recipe (Serves 4):
5 min. Prep 10 min. Cook
Ingredients:
4 tbsp cooking oil, 4 portions fish steak
For Sauce:
4 tbsp Yeo's Sambal Oeleck, 4 tbsp Yeo's Plum Sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Mix Yeo's Sambal Oeleck, Yeo's Plum Sauce, lime juice and sugar in a bowl. Set aside. Pan fry fish steaks in hot oil till cooked. Drain oil and add in sauce. Simmer till the sauce glazes over the fish surface. Serve hot

Stir well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients:Chilli (50%), Water, Sugar, Salt, Acetic Acid, Modified Corn Starch.
