Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Premium Oyster Sauce

Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce originated since 1888 using extracts from the finest oysters as in the original secret recipe. It is the favourite of Chinese families and Chinese Michelin star chefs.

Use it as an all-purpose seasoning sauce to uplift the umami taste of meat and vegetables. Use as a marinade, seasoning for stir-fries and condiment. It is the secret sauce used in the famous broccoli beef, stir-fried noodles and many sumptuous Chinese restaurant dishes.

Use 1 tbsp for every 100g meat.
