Description:Wang Jia Du Baked Fish Sauce (Kao Yu Liao)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Put appropriate amounts of salt, ginger, onion, pepper and cooking wine onto approx 750g of cleaned and prepared fish and marinate for 3 minutes.
2. Deep fry the fish until it appears golden yellow (cooked thoroughly), then remove it from the pot.
3. Put two onion sections into the pot, turn the heat on and add 100ml of water and the fried fish.
4. Put a pack of Sauce For Baked Fish (100g) into the pot and boil it thoroughly over a slow fire, then enjoy the delicacy.

Tips:
1. The taste will be better if add coriander and chopped green onion.
2. The taste will be better if served in preheated baking dish.
3. Seasonings can be appropriately added according to your preference. Microwave barbecue may be used for convenience.
